Job Description: As the Staffing Manager at Integrity Home Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of in-home care services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of staffing, including recruiting, scheduling, and managing a team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to ensure adequate coverage for all client needs.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified caregivers to join our team.
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials, certifications, and availability.
- Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to accommodate changes in client needs or caregiver availability.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to caregivers, including training and performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve any staffing issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in in-home care staffing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or workforce management, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with caregivers, clients, and other team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to in-home care staffing.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to excellence in customer service.
